Strict Access Controls
Only specified personnel from your affiliated organization can access your PWLE data. Researchers only see your name, contact information, and match score.
Encryption & Security
Your data is protected with Supabase's built-in encryption. We're implementing multi-factor authentication and conduct regular penetration testing.
Your Rights & Control
Correct your data, withdraw consent, delete your information, ask questions, or make privacy complaints at any time.
Consent & Compliance
We obtain explicit consent from all PWLE. We follow applicable privacy laws and maintain breach-response procedures with notification protocols.
What We Don't Store
• No banking information is collected or stored on LivedMatch
• No clinical records or EMR data — LivedMatch is not a medical records system
• No unnecessary personal information — we only collect what's needed for matching
